Maninspace relates to a feeling that I didn’t belong on this planet. Maybe I might be a bit odd, but it led me to sculpting, painting and printing skulls. My art revolves around capturing and exploring my feelings and emotions.

You might ask me why. Well after I had experienced a large stroke and began rebuilding my brain, it struck me that ‘What’s in your head’ gave me a wellspring of imagery.

Many people try to look the same as others on the outside, though what people are really feeling is a world hidden inside their head. This world is something that is complex, and limitless.

My skull art shows those hidden feelings and emotions that need to be celebrated.
